The south wind starts here
Why this site exists: a home base for the apps I build and honest notes on building them.
This site is the front door to what I build.
I’m a solo developer. I study AI at university, and I ship iOS apps in the gaps — currently two of them:
- MemePouch — a sticker maker for iMessage and WhatsApp. Take a photo, cut the background, send it to the group chat before the moment dies.
- Vaultbeat — an end-to-end encrypted vault for your Apple Health data with an MCP server on top, so your AI agent can actually read your sleep, HRV, and workouts instead of guessing.
The writing here will be build-in-public notes: what shipped, what broke, what I’d do differently. I renamed an app days after launch and wrote down exactly how that went. Expect more in that spirit — specifics over vibes.
The name Fino-wind comes from a 5th-century Chinese poem: the south wind knows my wish, and carries my dream westward. Building small, useful things is how I get there.
